TICdb is a database of Translocation breakpoints In Cancer. This update contains 1,374 fusion sequences found in human tumors, involving 431 different genes. For every fusion, TICdb will return the HGNC name of both partner genes and the original reference (either a GenBank or a Pubmed ID), as well as the fusion sequence.

Our Pipeline for RNA sequencing Data Analysis (PRADA) enables us to detect fusion transcripts with high confidence comprehensively. Based on integrated analysis of paired-end RNA sequencing and DNA copy number data from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA), TCGA Fusion Gene Data Portal provides a bona-fide fusion list across many tumor types.

The Circos plot shows the key translocations, copy number abnormalities and mutations found in myeloma. The chromosomes are arranged around the circle starting from the top at chromosome 1 (brown) and continuing clockwise to chromosome 22 (beige). Immunoglobulin heavy chain locus (IGH@) translocations are shown as lines emerging from chromosome 14 to their respective partner chromosomes. Copy number data are presented on the inside of the circle, showing deletions (red) and gains (blue) as well as normal copy number (black).
